If there are wine glasses, why aren't there sake glasses? It is with this question in mind that Kimoto Glassware's "es" was created.
At NOHGA HOTEL UENO, we will be holding Part 3 of our most popular seminar, pairing different glass designs with various sakes.

Our guest lecturer this time around, will be Hidetomo Sato of Seiryo Shuzo - the sake brewery founded in 1877 in Saijo City of Ehime Prefecture.

Founded on the principal of sake being "made from the dream and the mind", Seiryo Shuzo is a brewery that approaches their work as a manual labor of love.Using locally-grown rice, and the mellow natural underground spring water of Mount Ishizuchi, the four craftspeople of this brewery apply their love for sake and its traditional roots to make a sake that you cannot get bored of drinking.
Bringing attention and weighing importance to food, as well as the conversations we enjoy with each other over meals, they have created a their "IYOKAGIYA" series of original sakes.
