＜artwine.tokyo✕NOHGA＞[Paint and sip] Enjoy painting a masterpiece while sipping wine!

A collaborative project will be held in January between artwine.tokyo, which offers "a 120-minute art experience of painting a masterpiece with a glass of wine in hand," and NOHGA HOTEL UENO TOKYO, which has the concept of "exceptional experiences and amazing encounters that can only be born from deep ties with the local community."

This time, participants will challenge themselves to paint "Water Lilies" and "Japanese Footbridge and the Water Lily Pool, Giverny" in an ode to the exhibition Claude Monet: Journey to Series Paintings currently being held at the Ueno Royal Museum. How about trying your hand at painting Monet's beautiful world, where nature comes alive?

The experience includes wine and refreshments at Bistro NOHGA. Challenge yourself to try your preferred painting.

After deciding on the art (painting), a wine expert from "artwine.tokyo" and Bistro NOHGA's sommelier carefully select a wine pairing to go with the art. Refreshments are also prepared to go with the wine.

During the art experience, an instructor from an art university, such as the Tokyo University of the Arts, will guide you in a leisurely, kind way through the process of completing a masterpiece. They will devise various ways to make it easy for you to paint, so that even beginners who have not painted since elementary and junior high school art class can complete a painting of surprisingly good quality within the allotted time.

Paints, brushes, canvases, and other art materials are all provided, as well as aprons to keep your clothes clean and bags to carry your painting home. Participants only need to register in advance on the artwine.tokyo website and come on the day.

Participants can take a painting lesson while enjoying wine and refreshments, complete their artwork, and take it home with them. A life in which your usual space is decorated with your own art awaits you.
