  • How far in advance can I book my stay?

    You can make a reservation 3 months in advance by internet or telephone. It depends on the availability of the hotel.

  • Can you store my luggage prior to my check-in and after I check-out?

    We certainly can. However, we are unable to store any hazardous goods and ask you to take all valuable items with you after the departure.

  • Can you store packages sent to the hotel until my check-in date?

    Yes, we do. If you send us your suitcase or luggage before check-in, we will give it to you at check-in. Please provide us with the name of the person who made the reservation, and the date of check-in.

  • Would there be an additional charge for small children when staying?

    Children up to the age of 6 can sleep with you if they do not require a bed.

  • Do you offer breakfast to visitors?

    Yes, you can. The price is 2,800JPY per person (tax included). Breakfast is served at the reception counter on the 1st floor of the hotel, or in the restaurant "Bistro NOHGA".

  • Do you offer breakfast for children?

    A plate is available for children up to 6 years old.

  • What time would I need to check-in by?

    Although our reception is open 24 hours, we ask all guests to kindly inform us if arriving after midnight, as we may cancel your booking.

  • Do you have trouser-type room wear available?

    No, trousers are not included in the room wear.

  • Do you have a spa facility?

    We do not, however, we do have a fitness center available onsite accessible 24 hours a day.

  • Do you have a courier service?

    We offer Yamato Transport, cash on delivery only.

  • Do you have a microwave oven?

    No, we do not have a microwave.

  • Do you have rooms with a view of Tokyo Sky Tree?

    You can see it from the 'NOHGA Suite'.
    ※_there are some 'Double' rooms with a Tokyo Sky Tree view, however, due to the limited number of rooms, we are unable to guarantee a view at the time of booking.

  • What equipment do you have available to rent?

    The following equipment is available to hire (free of charge). Please note that we have a limited number of these items and cannot lend them out if they are out of stock.

  • When is housekeeping service available until?

    Cleaning is available until 15:00. After 15:00, we will be more than happy to change towels and collect trash upon request.

  • Do you have a parking space? If so, how much do you charge?

    We have 8 parking spaces, and the charge is \3,000 per vehicle per night. (from 14:00 until noon the following day) If you wish to extend parking time or to use the facility as a visitor, the charge is \500 per half an hour.
    Our parking space per vehicle is limited to Depth 5.3m x Width 1.9m x Height 1.55m (approx. D 17.3ft x W 6.2ft x H 5ft), and the maximum weight is 2,300kg.
    Please also note that the space is available on a first-come-first-served basis and cannot be reserved. If fully occupied, we will assist you to find parking spaces nearby. The parking space is complimentary up to 2 hours for visitors using the restaurant facility. To extend, there will be a charge of \500 per half an hour.

  • Is there a nursing room or a place to change nappies?

    There is a restroom on the 2nd floor with a nappy changing area. We do not have a nursing room.

  • Is there a smoking area in the hotel?

    There is a smoking area on the 2nd floor terrace.

  • How many days in advance do you charge for cancellations?

    20% of your room rate will be charged if cancelled 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival date.
    80% if cancelled 1 to 2 days prior to your arrival date, and 100% for on the day cancellation. Please note that cancellation policy may differ when booking through a travel agency. Please contact your agency to modify or cancel your booking.
