We are delighted to present the Snow River Wines × Bistro NOHGA collaborative event.
Snow River Wines is a winery located in Higashikawa, Kamikawa District, Hokkaido, amidst lush nature at the foot of the Daisetsuzan mountain range. The wines produced in Higashikawa, a town surrounded by the rich natural environment of Daisetsuzan and blessed with its delicious waters, embody the passionate desire to bring abundance and a sense of connection to everyone. This collaboration pairs these wines with cuisine carefully prepared by Chef Ebihara of Bistro NOHGA.
