Bistro NOHGA is offering two varieties of shaved ice to help you blast away the summer heat in 2024, created in collaboration with hit regional shops.
Both combine a sophisticated blend of flavors with subtle sweetness, offering a shaved ice that is not just for kids. Be sure to try them once this summer!

● Coffee (Kabuki)
Shaved ice served with coffee flavored ice cream and syrup. A light foam of mascarpone is topped with cocoa powder and crumble of cookies to create an Italian tiramisu inspired shaved ice.

● Matcha (NAKAMURA TEA LIFE STORE)
Shaved ice topped with rich, flavorful matcha. Coarse red bean paste and mildly sweet rice dumplings are topped with a foam of mascarpone to create an exquisite blend of sweetness and harmony of textures in a shaved ice that evokes traditional Japanese flavors.

[Price]　Regular: 1,650 yen / Small: 1,100 yen (tax included)
