OUR CURATORS

A curation team by Teruo Kurosaki and Tomoji Oya. Mr. Kurosaki is the founder of lifestyle brand "IDÉE" and has designed spaces for communities for the society through projects such as Tokyo Designer's Block, R Project, Aoyama Farmers Market, and COMMUNE. Mr. Oya has been introducing up-and-coming young artists at MIDORI.so GALLERY. Recent art curation projects include NOHGA HOTEL UENO TOKYO, THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku, and business innovation facility "Inspired.Lab".

Kohei Kawatani

Kohei Kawatani is a photographer from Tokyo (born 1989). Nominated by Charlotte Cotton for JAPAN PHOTO AWARD 2019. The first Japanese photographer to be awarded First Prize at “Kassel Dummy Award 2020” hosted by FOTOBOOKFESTIVAL KASSEL in Germany. Hosted a launch event for his photobook, “Tofu-Knife”, at DOVER STREET MARKET GINZA. Kohei adds a unique touch by making his photos linguistic and cryptic, giving dynamic impressions visually and aesthetically.
