Autumn Parfait and Sangria

Sales began from Friday, October 4, 2019 for the autumn-only Roasted Green Tea and Chocolate Autumn Chestnut Parfait (1,300JPY).
The parfait features roasted green tea and bitter chocolate ice cream topped with plenty of light, melt-in-your mouth chestnut foam. Enveloped inside are vivid golden candied chestnuts. It is accented with the crunchy texture of a crumble and caramelized walnuts. Enjoy the light, sophisticated flavor that maximizes the deliciousness of the chestnuts.

In addition, the Persimmon and Pear Sangria (850JPY) will debut as a special autumn drink. It gives an autumnal feel with persimmons that are in-season now, homemade pear compote, and lightly fragrant cinnamon. You can make it spicy by adding the garnish of pink pepper. Enjoy the fruity flavor and fragrance as the frozen red sangria slowly melts.

You can only relish these two items now. Enjoy them during our café time ( 2-6 p.m.) or dinnertime ( 6-10:30 p.m.). Please come for this delicious experience.

We have a large selection of hearty ingredients such as mushrooms, meats and fish that you can enjoy with the aroma and flavor of autumn.

We collaborated with our local cafe and coffee roaster, Kabuki, to produce our original blend, carefully hand-dripped. We change the way we roast and blend three times a day, to serve a taste that suits the different hours of the day.

The NOHGA HOTEL original blend of Kabuki coffee is served throughout the day, from morning to night. Enjoy the "essential Japanese taste" in the specialty beans that owner Yusuke Kabuki had selected himself while personally visiting coffee farms.

Miso, pickles, and salted plum used in breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu.
Gunji Miso Tsukemono's miso, pickles, and salted plum are used in the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. Established in 1957, Gunji Miso Tsukemono prides itself on "natural fermentation", which rely on the natural temperature changes in Japan's four seasons. Its most popular product, brown rice fermented miso, uses Koshihikari brown rice as a koji fermentation base. The miso has a mild and deep savory flavor unique to a slow fermentation process. In addition to miso, they offer a wide range of tsukemono (pickles), including their best-seller, "bettarazuke" daikon radishes.

Ohta's Hamham, bacon

Ham and bacon used in breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu.
Based in Iriya, Taito Ward, Ohta's Ham is widely-loved, all over Japan. With a traditional manufacturing process, carefully selected pork is fermented with rock salt, extracting a deep, smoky scent and juicy flavor. They primarily wholesale to local shops, but also open up shop for customers on weekdays.

Funato Shotentsukudani

Tsukudani used in breakfast menu.
Tsukudani (soy sauce-pickled foods) from Funato Shoten is used in the breakfast menu. Funato Shoten is a veteran tsukudani shop, established back in 1927. Even after the retirement of owner Mrs. Tsukakoshi, it has continued to preserve the shop's well-known flavor. 20 varieties of tsukudani are found lined in large serving plates at the shop at any time, with their most popular offering being Japanese littleneck clam tsukudani.

Manufacture opened their bakery in 2015 in Asakusa, right along the Sumida River. As you can tell by their name, they cherish their manufacturing process, which customers can see for themselves in store. Iseotobonito flakes, kombu seaweed, shiitake mushroom

Various products used in breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu.
Iseoto founded its first wholesale shop for bonito flakes in Nihombashi, at the end of the Edo Period. Their second store is in Ueno's Ameyoko, which opened after World War II. Iseoto upholds a high "quality-oriented" standard, with their original "hongare" bonito flakes gaining recognition from the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries.

Owner Mr. Aizawa is the first "Five-star Rice Meister" within Taito Ward. His shop specializes in organic, chemical-free rice, stocking at least 30 varieties of rice at all times. He also offers the option of rice milling, favored by locals for his speed, flexibility, and smile.

Liquors Nodayasake, wine
